Hi,
I came across an affiliate network that only uses video ads. they work with many Forex sites, and offer very good CPA.
You can take the Forex videos of the various Forex sites, and embed it on your site. The videos are clickable, with the affiliate's unique code, so we can finally start making money out of video ads.
I also found that the CTR and the conversion from the videos is much better than banners.

Here are some of the affiliate programs:

etoro partners - promote etoro broker. Great conversions, on time monthly payments via wire transfer or paypal (I work on revenue share). Good and fast affiliate support. Stats are nicely shown via graphs. You can see how much each trader deposited and what bonus did he/she receive.

affiliateyard - promote forexyard broker. With the latest 100% welcome bonus the conversions are sky rocking. Great revenue share results, payments via wire transfer (you need to have at least $500 in order to withdraw, however, as I have mentioned before, with the latest conversion rate that is not a problem!). Banners available in both flash and html codes. The stats are detailed and easy to follow. If you choose CPA - each referred trader needs to trade a certain amount of positions first before he/she is approved. Great affiliate manager (well, at least mine is!)

finexo - promote finexo and forexwebtrader. Nice conversions, payments via wire transfer or paypal. Stats are very detailed (includes how much each trader deposited).

instaforex - promote instaforex broker. The broker offers most favored trading platform - metatrader 4. You see the revenue share via the platform (which you have to download to your computer). You can make a withdrawal any time. I use moneybookers and usually get the money the same day of the request. The broker is favored among traders for the mini accounts with minimum deposit requirements of just $1.

Finotec - promote finotec broker. I personally didn't have much luck with this one. The affiliate support is very bad too. But hey, that's just me. Maybe for others it will work fine.

Forex-Affiliates - promote easy-forex broker. The deal is nice: hybrid CPA and revenue share. Nice banners and other ad materials, nice stats reports, however the broker seem to have rather fishy reputation over the internet and therefore, in my case, the conversion rate is very low.

Liteforex - promote liteforex broker. This one is similar to instaforex - offers metatrader 4. All the referrals can be seen via downloadable platform. Withdrawals are fast and easy - any time, any where. Liteforex is quite popular among beginners since it offers minimum deposit requirement of just $1.
