Please remember we're trying to work with you and send you targetted traffic. We need to know when payment processors aren't working. I shouldnt have to email you and ask whenever I see stats drop.
You should be sending out a mass email to affiliates saying " Look guys we're having some issues with such and such a processor and expect things to be back to normal by this date. Please update your pages accordingly and thank you for your patience while we resolve this"
How hard is that.
Instead I get no email and I spend hours redoing pages because I think it's MY problem when it turns out to be yours. This isnt the first time this has happened or by one company.
Keep us updated so we can revise our sites for you.

I keep my guys updated weekly... and esp if there is a major change or shift. However on the US facing business I can see it is difficult for AMs to explain when a payment processor closes down/shifts as this could be used by others in the industry to further harm the brand you are promoting.Posted 10-12-2009 at 09:40 AM by simoneaton
